General Policies:

  • Rental Check In Time: 3:00 PM
  • Rental Check Out: 11:00 AM
  • Minimum Check In Age is 21 Years Old
  • Guests aged 17 Years Old and under at the time of check in are considered children.
  • Pets are allowed except in or around rentals.

The rates displayed Do Not include any applicable service fees, charges for optional incidentals .

Reserve your camping time early without worries! Full refunds given with 14 days notice. Cancel by 6 pm the day prior to your arrival and receive without penalty Adventure Bound Camping Dollars, of equal value, valid for one year towards camping at any Adventure Bound Camping Resort.

Rates are for 2 Adults & KIDS ARE FREE (this includes children in the immediate family.) Guest Children (ages 2-17) $10/night; Seniors $8/night; Adults $15.00/night. Day Visitors & Guests: $ 10/adult, $ 8/child, $6/Senior (9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.)Rental guests are subject to 9% NH State Room Tax

PLEASE NOTE THAT ADDITIONAL GUEST CHILDREN IN YOUR PARTY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION TOTAL (UNLESS YOU BOOK A PACKAGE). ADDITIONAL GUEST CHILDREN/GRANPARENT/VISITOR CHARGES ARE PAID UPON ARRIVAL.

Cabin rates include Site Fee and Water & Electricity. Most cabins rent by the week (Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday) in July & August. Cabins cleaned prior to arrival & upon departure. No daily housekeeping. Please bring your own linens, towels, sleeping bags, pillows, cooking utensils, pots, pans, lawn chairs, etc. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed in Cabins.

Please note all Holidays are Paid In Full at the time of reservation

Check-in: Sites 2 p.m., Rentals 3 p.m., Check-out: Sites 1 p.m., Rentals 11 a.m.. Early site check-in $3/hr (except Saturdays) & extended check-out $5 till 7pm subject to availability at time of arrival or departure. Early check-in not offered in Rentals.

Extra Charges: Trailer Storage $ 42/month or $ 2.00/night; Winter Storage $ 32/month: Trailer moving $ 16 each way; Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Columbus Day Weekends $ 2/day.

Deposit Info: Full deposit for 2 or 3 day's stay. 50% for longer stays. All Holidays are PAID IN FULL at time of reservation. Rentals must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival and a $100 damage deposit is due upon arrival. $50 for each additional adult over 2.

Pets: Pets are permitted, but strongly discouraged. No pets in or around Rental sites. Day visitors and guests may not have pets.

Smoking: Please refrain from smoking in all buildings and Rentals.

Fires are permitted between the hours of 8am-12:30am.

Weather Policy: No refunds, credits or changes due to weather. The FUN continues rain or shine!!!

Discounts: Less activities & facilities during value season.

Pool and water playground closed for season after September 9 (weather permitting).

15% Senior Citizen Discount on sites only during non discounted season.

We will do our best to accommodate specific requests. All sites include a picnic table & fire ring. Advance reservations recommended. All rates and events subject to change.
